Cardiac Pacing Specialist Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products.

Your Responsibilities
You will work under general direction, providing advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products. This includes:
- Identifying and implementing effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices to execute processes;
- Exercising independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work;
- Maintaining performance and reporting status to manager;
- Acting as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business;
- Demonstrating ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
Requirements
You will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience required;
- A minimum of 4+ years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries;
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures;
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
