About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide advanced engineering, sales, and technical support for CRM products. You will work independently, identifying effective business practices and exercising judgment in planning and organizing your work. Your primary goal is to build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products
- Identify and advise on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities
- Develop and lead training programs for healthcare professionals
- Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or equivalent experience required
- Ability to become certified on SJMSC CRM products
- Minimum 4+ years of increasingly responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries
