Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Excellence Services, LLC. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our luxury estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and schedules, working closely with the Estate Manager.
  • Update and manage housekeeping-related fixes and small repairs using Google Sheets, reporting any issues that require immediate attention.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists to ensure thorough cleaning and organization.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order and properly cared for.
  • Update, track, and schedule maintenance for cleaning-related services and equipment.
  • Manage and inspect outdoor facilities' cleanliness, including porches, patios, and pool furniture.
  • Inspect linens and towels regularly, making notes and reporting when items need to be replaced.
  • Inspect the cleanliness of residences from top to bottom, including furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, and curtains, and report any damage or concerns to the Estate Manager.
  • Clean furniture and fixtures as directed, using approved products, and organize personal items and closets.
  • Assist with changing and making bedding, adhering to time schedules.
  • Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, dust furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment, vacuum and sweep assigned areas, and maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.
  • Listen well, take notes, and respond timely to requests.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have at least 2 years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role.
  • References are required from both current and previous employers.
  • Working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems and smart home systems is required.
  • A background check and the ability to work in the United States are mandatory.
  • Pre-employment health screenings, including physical, psychological exams, and drug tests, are required, as well as an annual flu vaccination.
  • Ability to drive is preferred, with possible driving duties.
  • Annual flu shot is required.
