We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Excellence Services, LLC. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our luxury estate.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and schedules, working closely with the Estate Manager.
- Update and manage housekeeping-related fixes and small repairs using Google Sheets, reporting any issues that require immediate attention.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists to ensure thorough cleaning and organization.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order and properly cared for.
- Update, track, and schedule maintenance for cleaning-related services and equipment.
- Manage and inspect outdoor facilities' cleanliness, including porches, patios, and pool furniture.
- Inspect linens and towels regularly, making notes and reporting when items need to be replaced.
- Inspect the cleanliness of residences from top to bottom, including furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, and curtains, and report any damage or concerns to the Estate Manager.
- Clean furniture and fixtures as directed, using approved products, and organize personal items and closets.
- Assist with changing and making bedding, adhering to time schedules.
- Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, dust furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment, vacuum and sweep assigned areas, and maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.
- Listen well, take notes, and respond timely to requests.
- Must be fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have at least 2 years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role.
- References are required from both current and previous employers.
- Working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems and smart home systems is required.
- A background check and the ability to work in the United States are mandatory.
- Pre-employment health screenings, including physical, psychological exams, and drug tests, are required, as well as an annual flu vaccination.
- Ability to drive is preferred, with possible driving duties.
- Annual flu shot is required.
