Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Excellence Services, LLC. As a key member of our luxury service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our clients' private residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and schedules
  • Update and manage housekeeping-related fixes and small repairs
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order
  • Manage and inspect outdoor facilities' cleanliness
  • Inspect linens and towels regularly and report when items need to be replaced
  • Clean furniture and fixtures as directed using approved products
  • Assist with changing and making bedding and adhere to time schedules
  • Listen well, take notes, and respond timely to requests

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with great communication skills
  • 5-10+ years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel
  • References required from current and previous employers
  • Working knowledge of Mac/PC operating systems and smart home systems
  • Must pass a background check and be legally able to work in the United States
  • Ability to drive is preferred
