Private Duty Nurse RN-Full Time/Part Time Days

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse RN-Full Time/Part Time Days. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Implement and manage individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a clinical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
