KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivers tailored service to every guest.
  • Accurately prepares beverage orders following both franchise and company protocols.
  • Manages cash register and financial transactions.
  • Maintains precise cash records and balances cash drawers.
  • Engages in regular communication with guests.

  • Conducts daily inventory of food, drinks, and supplies.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent; or 3 to 6 months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings with customers, clients, and colleagues.

MATH SKILLS

Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is primarily indoors with minimal noise levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms for more than two-thirds of the time. Must be able to lift and exert force of up to 25 lbs.
