Job Summary:

The Senior Social Performance Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic advice and technical solutions to clients, leading and managing environmental projects, and applying in-depth knowledge of corporate social performance practices, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert environmental consulting services to clients, offering strategic advice and technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead and manage environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of corporate social performance practices, environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and/or industry best practices to projects and client consultations.
  • Conduct and oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, community groups, and other relevant parties, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in proposal development, and contributing to client pitches.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery and consulting services, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field, with a strong track record of successful project delivery and client management.
