We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turf Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sports turf maintenance teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance and Quality
    • Direct the work of 2-5 team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
    • Maintain a schedule and ensure that service expectations are met.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and work with the Production Manager to resolve any issues.
  • Crew Management
    • Provide feedback to the Production Manager on crew member performance and suggest areas for development.
    • Assist the Production Manager in training and developing crew members.
    • Ensure that accurate crew time logs are maintained.
  • Safety
    • Ensure that all crew members are working safely and in accordance with company policies.
    • Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
    • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
Requirements
  • Equivalent experience in a sports turf-related field.
