Clinical Operations Manager for Care Management at Providence Service.

Full-Time/Day Shift

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the inpatient Care Management Division. This role entails providing leadership and strategic direction for the clinical care management framework, managing a team of approximately 24-31 full-time equivalents (FTEs), overseeing a budget of approximately $M, and ensuring the efficient operation of the care management division.

This position emphasizes fostering teamwork, enhancing the clinical care management framework, and improving patient care coordination in collaboration with various disciplines.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, and staff development
  • At least 1 year of experience in Care Management
  • 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
    • Social Services
    • Utilization Review/Quality Management
    • Case Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
