SI Engineering, P.C. is a leading consulting engineering firm seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Highway/Bridge Infrastructure to oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale multidisciplinary highway/bridge construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project team, including budget and schedule
  • Serve as primary point of contact to the client on all project matters
  • Oversee construction management and inspection
  • Ensure overall project delivery and quality
  • Identify and recommend candidates for the highway/bridge CI team
  • Lead pursuits of highway/bridge projects, serving as technical lead on key pursuits

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in New York
  • 20+ years of experience in complex highway and bridge construction
  • Experience with NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PANYNJ, and NYCDDC, and other local clients
  • Experience with design-build projects
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new clients, identify opportunities, and win work
  • Strong relationships within the industry, including agency, consultant, and contractor community
  • Ability to take ownership and be accountable for projects and personnel
  • Excellent communication skills and work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead and support business development and proposal activities
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical requirements, outline tasks, and establish project budgets and schedules
