About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Fellow to join our team at Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company. As a Technical Fellow, you will play a key role in supporting various executing radar contracts and contributing to new business efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and verify radar systems
  • Present technical subject matter expertise at customer quarterly program reviews
  • Support and shape concurrent IRAD technology development programs
  • Collaborate with Chief Engineers to provide recommendations on technical investments
  • Mentor and groom lesser-experienced radar system engineers
  • Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers
  • Develop highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering
  • Experience in proposal, new business, and capture experience
  • Experience developing user-friendly, object-oriented, GUI-based simulations and tools
  • Existing DOD Secret Level clearance or higher
