About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Buy Planning team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, as a Manufacturing Planner. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing support to various Chelmsford programs, implementing material flow strategies for consumables, RF components, and PWBs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement material flow strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Make Planners to ensure timely deliveries and meet program requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and internal customers to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production operations environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Inventory control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and dock/receiving/warehouse/shipping areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Green Belt trained/certified.
