Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to each assigned Board and Community, ensuring their needs are met
  • Attend annual and general meetings, preparing for and participating in them
  • Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, architectural requests, and approvals
  • Coordinate employees, including janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
  • Collect invoices and code for payment, following up on monthly assessments due
  • Act as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for boards
  • Oversee onboarding and exit of associations
Requirements:
  • Maintain necessary state licensing
  • Prior experience in Community Management
  • Professionalism, organization, and self-motivation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $92,500 - $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
