Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate a controlled crushing plant to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate support equipment, such as loaders and screens, to facilitate production and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with general labor duties, including shoveling excess material and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify and resolve production problems and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; M.S.H.A. certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of welding and cutting torch use.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods and work in a team environment.
