Crushing Plant Operator

As a safety-sensitive position, the Crusher Operator will be responsible for safely monitoring and operating a controlled crushing plant.
The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance, cleanup, and repair activities, as well as operate support equipment.
Travel around New Mexico is required for this position, with the project based out of our Albuquerque operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily equipment walk-around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions.
- Safely and properly perform maintenance on loader, crusher, screen, and/or wash plant.
- Operate loader and crusher, screen, or wash plant safely and properly.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve situations and problems.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safety.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy.
- Ability to operate equipment in adverse weather conditions and on steep and rough terrains.
- Ability to repeatedly walk up and down steep and rough terrain carrying construction materials.
- Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch.
