Job Summary:
New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will have a valid North Carolina nursing license and at least one year of relevant experience. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing are also required. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500. Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support peaceful death. The nurse utilizes evidence-based practice and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journeys. They accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, and a valid North Carolina nursing license are required. At least one year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
