About the Job:

As a Healthcare Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and residents, and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Delaware
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
