Job Summary

We're seeking an Administrative Registered Nurse to oversee our Nursing Program and provide excellent training and task delegation to Caregivers and CNAs. As a key member of our team, you will assess clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations, collaborate with Client's PCP as needed, and provide a nurturing spirit and genuine desire to support and care for others.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Medication Administration and Nursing Program
  • Provide Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers and CNAs
  • Assess Clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations
  • Collaborate with Client's PCP as needed
Requirements
  • A desire to help seniors access high-quality care while remaining independent
  • A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
  • Passion for training, teaching, and equipping
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
  • Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
