Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of movers and junk removal specialists to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
  • Make logistical decisions to ensure efficient completion of jobs
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values
  • Complete daily checklists and ensure all safety protocols are followed
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds with a team
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid/Active Driver's License
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Drug and alcohol-free
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check
