As a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist on our eCommerce team, you will rigorously test our website to guarantee a superior online shopping experience.
Position OverviewThis role requires on-site presence, and we seek individuals who are passionate about quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute quality assurance and testing protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of website issues and new features.
- Perform regression testing to validate site functionality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on testing progress across various simultaneous projects and releases.
- Analyze HTML and browser performance in an eCommerce context.
- Facilitate testing across diverse web environments for multiple markets.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in coordinating test environments and managing test data for all scheduled testing activities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Access and Excel; experience with Adobe InDesign or Quark Express is advantageous.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce is a plus.
