Ambulatory Care Nurse Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ambulatory Care Nurse Director to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standard of patient care in our state-of-the-art ambulatory care center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of nurses, medical assistants, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care. Ensure that all clinical protocols and guidelines are adhered to by nursing staff. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and overall well-being. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience and minimize wait times.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage and optimize nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels. Monitor and control nursing expenses, staying within budgetary guidelines.
