About the Role:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric nursing, particularly in pulmonary care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
