Our clientele includes educational institutions, municipalities, counties, healthcare districts, appraisal districts, and other public entities. With a robust presence across Texas and additional locations in Oklahoma and Florida, we proudly serve clients in multiple states.

As a Contact Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the collection of overdue property taxes through phone communication and legal preparation. This role demands a significant amount of time spent on the phone.


Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a compensation rate of $16 per hour.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Clear and legible handwriting
  • Organizational proficiency
  • Competence in computer usage
  • Excellent critical thinking capabilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to understand complex legal concepts

Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in an office setting is advantageous
  • Experience in a legal office, collections environment, or tax office is preferred

Educational Background:
  • High school diploma is required
  • Some college education is preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Professional appearance and grooming are expected
  • Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
