Rank and Commission: If selected, you will be commissioned as a Captain to Lieutenant Colonel based on your experience.
Compensation: Military pay is structured differently than civilian pay. To provide a clearer understanding of the compensation, we have included the following incentives:
- $600,000 sign-on bonus (4-year contract)
- $59,000 yearly Incentive Pay bonus
- $95,000 yearly Retention Bonus
- $8,000 yearly Board Certification Pay
- $120,000 Student loan repayment
- Free Health care for member and family
- Free Dental insurance for member, and low-cost dental insurance for family
