Job Title: Senior Superintendent

Skanska is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • 8+ years of experience in safety and quality management, with a strong focus on creating a positive safety culture.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • 15+ years of experience in scheduling and prioritizing activities, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • 10+ years of experience in identifying and mitigating risks, with a strong focus on proactive risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent, with a strong focus on succession planning.
