We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the donation process.
- Screen donors for eligibility, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate medical history records, coordinating donor compensation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing changes to center processes as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure a clean and professional work environment, attending team meetings and problem-solving together.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned (CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT).
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $19.00, with opportunities for short-term incentives and participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match. U.S. based employees may also be eligible for paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
