Responsibilities:
Elevate store performance by assigning tasks and ensuring your team meets operational and customer service benchmarks.

Guide and mentor your team to cultivate the skills necessary for maintaining customer satisfaction, while providing constructive feedback to the General Manager regarding their performance.

Foster a positive store culture by exemplifying Sheetz Performance Standards.

Deliver outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations and maintains a strong customer focus.

Ensure safety by adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

Step in to assist Team Members as required.

Travel to assigned stores outside of your primary location as necessary.

Qualifications:


Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capability to assist in lifting 40 pounds.


Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law mandates Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for specific responsibilities).
