Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional emergency medical services in a Level 1 Trauma Center, ensuring critical and life-saving interventions.
- Engage in progressive care models that emphasize early intervention and comprehensive post-acute care.
- Contribute to the development and excellence of an Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
- Utilize state-of-the-art medical transport options, including helicopters and critical care ground units, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to optimize patient care from initial triage through to discharge.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive base salary starting at $370,000+, commensurate with experience for an annual commitment of 1544 hours.
- Generous recruitment loan of up to $150,000, repayable over five years.
- Relocation assistance of up to $7,500 to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $4,500 to support your professional growth.
