HCA Virginia Healthcare at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a PRN Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.

You will instruct patient/family/caregiver in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices to be used outside of therapy sessions.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. You must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
