Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solder Specialist to assemble, solder, and inspect electronic components in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Soldering Operations: Perform hand soldering operations on electronic components and assemblies according to industry standards.
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble PCBs and other electronic components, ensuring all parts are correctly placed and soldered, and conduct visual inspections to ensure solder joints meet quality standards.
  • Rework and Documentation: Identify and repair defective solder joints and components, following standard rework procedures, and maintain accurate records of soldering activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques.
  • Familiarity with automated soldering equipment.
  • Previous experience in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
