Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient support, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs), mobility, and personal hygiene.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare provider.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other necessary treatments.
  • Support patients with infectious diseases, ensuring proper isolation care when required.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient information and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.
  • Work across various settings, including outpatient clinics and urgent care centers, with exposure to Level II Trauma Centers.
Qualifications:
Experience in nursing care, ideally in an outpatient or urgent care environment.

  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks.
  • Understanding of best practices in infectious disease care and dementia care.
  • Familiarity with DME equipment and the capability to assist with its setup and maintenance.
  • Experience in a clinic or urgent care setting, with exposure to Level II Trauma Centers.
  • As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care.
