About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of floors, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and soiled linen in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs to supervisor in a timely fashion
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
