We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at LMH Health. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our hospital water and waste systems and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and be able to maintain major plumbing components and fire protection systems. You will work closely with other maintenance and facilities staff to ensure that our facilities are safe and functional.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, formal education as a plumber/pipefitter, and a current plumber's license. A minimum of three years of experience in the field is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and responsible plumbing system repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain plumbing schematic drawings, service manuals, and operating manuals.
  • Inspect, perform testing, and perform preventative maintenance and safety certification of hospital plumbing and gas systems.
  • Supervise plumber/pipefitter contractors to ensure standards and codes are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
