Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Assist in the execution of inventory protocols as needed.
  • Keep the workspace organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including Pick Tickets and Inventory Count Sheets, with precision.
  • Examine the condition and quantity of incoming materials prior to storage or distribution.
  • Facilitate the movement of materials within the warehouse as required.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately fulfill orders based on system-generated pick tickets.
  • Comprehend and interpret product descriptions, item numbers, and stock location labels in English.
  • Be available for overtime and participate in physical inventory counts when needed.
  • Possess basic computer skills for inventory management tasks.
  • Transport finished goods from production areas to storage or shipping locations using a lift truck.
  • Implement 5S principles and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure proper storage practices, particularly for high bay racking, including secure wrapping and accurate labeling.
  • Execute inventory transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain organized stock locations and areas on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma is required. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Forklift operation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement.
