Job Summary:
As an Interventional Radiology Nurse with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily rounds on all patients to ensure quality customer service and address any requirements not met.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on thorough assessments, considering patients' physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs.
• Assess patients' conditions and nursing needs, set goals, and prescribe appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and patients' needs, including discharge planning.
• Identify early warning signs of a change in a patient's condition and respond accordingly, contacting responsible clinicians as needed.
• Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patient conditions.
• Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate multidisciplinary team member and record those observations accurately and concisely.
• Ensure timely intervention or referrals and complete incident reports prior to shift completion.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and utilize educational opportunities with patients and other significant individuals.
• Begin discharge planning, education, and counseling based on identified needs to optimize patient/family understanding.
• Assign or delegate nursing interventions to other persons with the necessary skills and competence to accomplish safely.

Certification Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Dakota or a Compact State Agreement, prior to start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), prior to start date.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), within 6 months of start date.

Shift and Schedule:
• 7:30 am - 5 pm, with on-call weekends.

State License Details:
• Must be currently active.

Minimum Years of Experience:
2 years.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours.
