Job Overview:

This role is a critical component of our asset protection team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As a Retail Security Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing complex problems, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

Estimated Salary: $20.50 - $28.00 per hour. Please note that actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
