Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop RF circuits and structures, including antennas, transmission lines, filters, impedance matching networks, couplers, power splitters and combiners, phase shifters, amplifiers, receivers, and transmitters.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&E, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
* Conduct controlled tests to evaluate design parameters and provide data analysis to resolve issues.
* Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and co-ops to mentor and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* High degree of creativity to innovate and develop novel solutions.
* Superior organizational time management, prioritization, and project planning skills.
* Experience with developing and supporting products for high volume production.
* Experience with agency certifications such as FCC, Industry Canada, and cellular carrier certifications.
* Engineering lead and/or project management experience.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Wireless Engineering.
* Master's Degree a plus.
* 7 years minimum in Engineering product design and development.
