Key Responsibilities- Investigate and manage patient complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Work closely with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs and concerns
- Provide education and support to patients and families on healthcare-related issues
- Collaborate with quality and safety teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Document all interactions and complaints in a secure and confidential manner
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, social work)
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient advocacy or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
