As a Street Team Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in spreading the word about our exciting children's soccer programs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with families, distribute promotional materials, and create a fun and memorable experience that encourages participation and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Presence: Represent Super Soccer Stars at local community events, fairs, sports tournaments, and other relevant gatherings. Set up and maintain an inviting booth or area that showcases our brand, programs, and merchandise.
- Engagement: Approach families and attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about our available programs. Share the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our soccer programs with enthusiasm.
- Marketing Materials: Print, count, and distribute flyers, as well as hand out brochures and promotional materials to event attendees, ensuring they have all the information they need to learn about our programs.
- Brand Knowledge: Acquire a strong understanding of Super Soccer Stars' mission, values, programs, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to event attendees.
- Feedback Collection: Listen to inquiries, suggestions, and feedback from attendees, and relay these insights to the marketing and management teams for continuous improvement.
- Promotion of Special Offers: Share information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and upcoming events to encourage sign-ups and participation.
- Qualifications: Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in a Brand Ambassador role (preferred). Enthusiasm for children's sports and a basic understanding of soccer.
- Skills: Ability to initiate conversations and engage with diverse audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability: Comfortable standing and interacting with people for extended periods. Availability to work on weekends and occasional evenings.
