{"Responsibilities": "As a ZogSports Field Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring game operations run smoothly, are fun, and incorporate our social and charity aspects. You will work with the ZogSports team to deliver a great experience for our players, and help us improve our activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee League Play: Work one or more shifts each week to ensure games start and end on time, and enforce the rules.
* Equipment Inventory: Maintain equipment inventory at facilities and report needs to managers after each shift.
* Customer Service: Deliver a fun and fair experience for our players and report feedback to managers.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent the ZogSports brand and get players excited about our community.
* Work with field managers to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

* Sport-specific knowledge and/or experience playing.
* Interest in working in a fun/active work environment.
* Resourceful and good at solving problems.
* Reliable and organized.
* Team Player.
* You Own It.
