Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your physical therapy expertise in a meaningful way by:
- Assessing patient conditions, formulating treatment plans, and guiding them towards gradual improvement.
- Educating nursing staff and family members on follow-up care that reinforces the progress made.
- Communicating patient developments or concerns to supervisors and team members; assisting with patient scheduling and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
- Instructing family members or nursing staff on aftercare programs.
- Ensuring the maintenance of equipment and workspaces in a safe and hygienic condition.
- Performing job duties in alignment with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
- Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
