Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your physical therapy expertise in a meaningful way by:

  • Assessing patient conditions, formulating treatment plans, and guiding them towards gradual improvement.
  • Educating nursing staff and family members on follow-up care that reinforces the progress made.
  • Communicating patient developments or concerns to supervisors and team members; assisting with patient scheduling and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Instructing family members or nursing staff on aftercare programs.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of equipment and workspaces in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Performing job duties in alignment with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
