Key Responsibilities- Conduct Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions with clients of all ages, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Clinical Director: Work closely with our Clinical Director to develop and implement program activities that promote optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Meetings: Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Document Patient Progress: Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in our approved platform.
- Evaluate Treatment Effectiveness: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, and interventions, making adjustments as needed.
- Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
- Active Licensure: Hold active licensure in the state of Washington.
- Experience Working with Children and Families: Have at least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Empirically Supported Treatment Approaches: Be well-grounded in and knowledgeable about various empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
- Commitment to Exceptional Client Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive compensation package of $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
