About the Role

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our innovative therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions with clients of all ages, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director: Work closely with our Clinical Director to develop and implement program activities that promote optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Meetings: Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Document Patient Progress: Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in our approved platform.
  • Evaluate Treatment Effectiveness: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, and interventions, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
  • Active Licensure: Hold active licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Experience Working with Children and Families: Have at least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Empirically Supported Treatment Approaches: Be well-grounded in and knowledgeable about various empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
  • Commitment to Exceptional Client Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
