Job Description

Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in Renton, WA.

We offer a competitive salary of $36.06/hr. based on experience, licenses, and education. Our full-time therapy position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a therapy professional, you will play an essential role in providing social-psycho therapeutic assessments, interventions, and counseling for children and adult mental health clients. You will maintain a caseload of assigned active clients to meet productivity requirements and provide outreach and referral assistance when needed.

You will consult and collaborate with other professionals, supervisors, and agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up to ensure optimal client outcomes. Attending mandatory clinical training and department meetings is a regular part of your job that you will gladly participate in to continuously improve your professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field
  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, LICSW/A preferred
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) license
  • Active state of Washington counselor license
  • 2+ years of experience providing mental health counseling and case management services.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time therapy position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

SALARY

$36.06/hr. based on Experience, Licenses and Education.
