Job Overview

We are currently in search of a skilled operator for our Hotronix heat press machine. The primary responsibilities include the printing of T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and a variety of other apparel items.

This position offers a standard work schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on production demands.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays available for overtime.

Compensation: Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a two-week evaluation period to assess performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing printing tasks on various apparel items.
  • Managing inventory by receiving and restocking products.
  • Collaborating with management to achieve production targets efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience operating heat transfer machines.
