Tax Expert Leader

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of our tax function, including federal, state, and international tax compliance and planning. You will oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, estimated tax payments, and other tax-related filings. Additionally, you will develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our tax position and provide technical tax advice on complex financial transactions and products.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation is preferred. You will also need a CPA or equivalent professional qualification and 6-8 years of progressive experience in tax, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and tax accounting principles is required, as well as experience in the financial services industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite is also required.

Benefits:
