About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective drug therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers on medication use and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current pharmacist license in good standing.
  • At least two years of clinical experience, with a PGY-1 residency preferred.
