Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.
  • Serve as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs, as well as to patients.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist license from the state of practice.
  • Experience: Two or more years of clinical experience, with a PGY-1 residency preferred but not required.
