Position Summary:

WIRE 3 is in search of a dedicated Event Management Specialist who is enthusiastic, driven, and possesses a positive mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and post-event evaluations.
  • Manage assignments and delegation of event staff.
  • Coordinate schedules with social media teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Evaluate event success and provide comprehensive reports following each event.
  • Possess a degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations, although this is not mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategically monitor the event calendar.
  • Handle all logistics, timeline development, and on-site coordination for events.
  • Manage promotional activities, including store promotions.
  • Track and submit expenses related to events, including team expenses.
  • Secure promotional materials and vendor services for events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for events and gather essential information.
  • Provide insights on enhancing event implementation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up throughout the event process.
  • Deliver exceptional service to event participants.
  • Collaborate with social media teams regarding upcoming events.
  • Assist the Events Manager with special projects as needed.
