Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all activities of daily living (dressing, shopping, visiting, medication, etc.) in the residents' homes.

  • Meet all required visits to the residents' homes according to policy and state regulations.
  • Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the residents receive their care through your interactions with them.
  • Report any changes in the residents' condition to the nurse or management immediately.
  • Remain engaged with residents throughout the entire visit process, including feedback on services provided and completing forms.
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.

  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to your supervisor.
