- Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the residents receive their care through your interactions with them.
- Report any changes in the residents' condition to the nurse or management immediately.
- Remain engaged with residents throughout the entire visit process, including feedback on services provided and completing forms.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.
