At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Homemakers and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). As a valued member of our home care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Our current job openings are in various locations, including Waltham, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Watertown, and Lexington.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a minimum of one year of work experience (does not need to be in healthcare). As a Homemaker or PCA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Activities of daily living
  • Range of motion/exercises
  • Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
  • Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
  • Assisting with ambulation
  • Medication assistance
